Ninja cooking?

Today I was very board and as usual I was procrastinating on homework. I started looking for interesting shows to watch and I ran across some sort of Ninja Cooking show on 15. Why "Ninja"? How does that relate to cooking?! the cooks didn't look like ninjas or act like them either! It was just some women in her thirties and a taller bald guy cooking korean chicken wings... so I turned off the TV (vegetarian), and turned on my mp3 to a song thats' lyrics were pretty much "I think I'm dumb, I'm just happy" or something like that. I am very disappointed in electronic media right now. >:[
